This policy covers delivery of Rebrand Core, FAHHH and agreed Rebrand custom projects. It does not change Citizens School delivery arrangements.
01. Rebrand store delivery
Standard UAE delivery for a Rebrand Core and/or FAHHH order is AED 25 per order, including an order containing both. Available delivery methods, charges and any applicable offer are shown before payment. Free delivery applies only where an eligible offer is expressly shown for that order.
Delivery outside the available checkout destinations must be agreed with Rebrand before ordering. Do not assume that delivery offered for another dedicated store or school programme applies to a Rebrand order.
02. Dispatch and delivery timing
Delivery estimates are the estimates provided for your order or agreed with the team. Product availability, delivery destination and any required approvals can affect timing. If you need an item for a specific date, contact info@rebrand.ae before ordering so the team can confirm whether that date can be met.
If an item is unavailable, delivery cannot be completed or a significant delay occurs, the team will contact you to discuss the available options. Delivery estimates do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.
03. Custom projects
A studio or project submission is a request for a quote, not a paid order or a dispatch instruction. Production lead time, delivery method, delivery cost and the agreed schedule are confirmed with the quote or order details before work starts. A requested deadline entered in a form is not a confirmed delivery commitment.
Custom project delivery charges are quoted for that project; the AED 25 standard store rate does not automatically apply to bulk or bespoke deliveries.
04. Delivery details and problems
Please provide accurate delivery and contact information and tell us promptly if it needs correcting. If redelivery is needed, any proposed additional charge will be explained before it is agreed.
For missing, incorrect or damaged goods, contact info@rebrand.ae with your order reference and details of the issue. Photos can help us investigate where available. Remedies, cancellations and return-related delivery costs are covered in Returns & cancellations; this Shipping policy does not limit those rights.
