Artwork & project terms
Effective 2 November 2026 · Version 2026-11-02
These terms apply when you submit artwork, logos, working files, reference materials or a project brief to Rebrand through the design studio or project enquiry form. Submitting a request does not place an order, take payment or approve production. Production begins only after the quote, artwork and order details are agreed with you.
01. Your rights and permissions
You confirm that you own the submitted materials or have all necessary permissions and licences to provide them to Rebrand and authorise their use for your project. Those permissions must cover the proposed reproduction, adaptation, printing, embroidery, manufacture and distribution, as applicable.
You warrant that the materials and your requested use do not infringe any third party’s copyright, trade marks, design rights, privacy, publicity or other rights. If you submit on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.
02. No unauthorised reproduction
Rebrand does not permit the recreation or reproduction of copyrighted or otherwise protected materials without the rights holder’s permission. A reference image, an image found online or ownership of a physical item does not by itself provide permission to copy it. Do not submit infringing materials or request counterfeit products.
Rebrand may request evidence of permission, refuse a request, or pause work where rights are unclear or a complaint is received. Rebrand’s review or acceptance of a file is not confirmation that you hold the required rights.
03. Limited permission for your project
You grant Rebrand and its production providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, review, reproduce and adapt your submitted materials only as necessary to assess, quote, prepare and fulfil the agreed project. Ownership of your artwork remains with its rights holder. These terms do not grant permission to use your artwork in Rebrand’s marketing.
This project-specific permission governs materials submitted through the studio and enquiry form. It does not grant a perpetual or unrestricted licence for unrelated uses, transfer ownership to Rebrand, or waive the rights holder’s rights. Information handling and retention are explained in Privacy.
04. Proofs, colour and placement
The studio preview and PDF order sheet communicate your requested design. Screen colours, Pantone previews, artwork scale, rotation and placement are visual references, not a substitute for the final production proof or an agreed physical sample. The team will confirm the specifications for your approval before production. A Pantone code is a matching reference; any agreed colour or material tolerances must be confirmed as part of the project.
Proof approval does not excuse production that fails to meet the agreed specification or remove mandatory remedies. Delivery, changes, cancellation and returns are addressed in the agreed order details and the Shipping and Returns & cancellations policies, rather than by the artwork-rights declaration.
05. Third-party claims and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rebrand, its officers, employees and production providers from third-party claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, settlements and reasonable legal costs arising from the materials you supply, your requested reproduction or use of those materials, or a breach of your rights and permissions warranties.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim arises from Rebrand’s use outside your instructions or the agreed permission, or from Rebrand’s own unlawful conduct. Rebrand will notify you of a relevant claim and reasonably cooperate in its handling. No settlement may admit liability for, or impose obligations on, Rebrand without its prior written consent. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
06. Acceptance and enquiries
When you tick the acceptance box and submit, we record your acceptance, the terms version and the submission time with your request. A later version does not retrospectively expand your grant of permission or change the recorded acceptance for an earlier submission. For questions about permissions, contact info@rebrand.ae before submitting.
