Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

• You have 3 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return/exchange
• Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable
• Item(s) must be unworn & unwashed. Keep it free of stains and signs of wear. All labels must still be attached to return the goods
• Item(s) cannot be returned if the original tag has been cut/removed
• Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packaging
• Exchanging an item for a different size is possible but could come with an extra shipping fee
• All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
• The management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
