Exchange Process
1. Submit the Exchange Form Please complete the exchange form with your order number, item(s) to be exchanged, requested size, and reason for the exchange.
2. Drop Off the Item Once the form is submitted, please drop off the item(s) at the school reception.
3. Processing Time Exchanges will be processed within 2–3 working days.
4. Collection Once ready, the exchanged item(s) can be collected from the school reception.Note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for exchange.
